Police raided a property in Radcliffe yesterday, Thursday, as it cracks down on crime.

Greater Manchester Police (GMP) officers from the force's neighbourhood crime team, divisional tasking team and vehicle examination Unit worked together on the warrant.

The force has not released anymore information about why the raid took place and has shared pictures of the police action on social media.

Officers are seen searching a property and a car in the images.

No arrests have been reported.

A spokesperson for GMP Bury said: “Today (Thursday), officers from your Neighbourhood Crime Team (NCT) executed a warrant in the Radcliffe area of Bury.

“The warrant saw the NCT working in effective partnership with the Divisional Tasking Team, Radcliffe Neighbourhood Team, and GMP's Vehicle Examination Unit.

“Here at Bury we are committed to fighting, preventing and reducing crime.

“Warrants are issued based on information and intelligence.
