THE Bury Times will be at the town hall at 7pm to cover this month's Bury planning committee and will be running live updates on our website.
There are five applications on the agenda.
First, developers previously got the committee's decision to build a 53-bed care home at Walshaw Hall in Bradshaw Road, Walshaw.
Now, they want to increase the number of bed spaces from 53 to 56 and to make other changes to the development.
Second, the same developers also want to resurface the care home's car park, but two people have formally objected.
Third, Eccleston Homes has asked Bury Council for permission to demolish buildings at Croft End Mill in Bolton Road North, Stubbins, and build 11 houses there.
Two people have formally objected.
Fourth, Carol Spirit wants to build a detached house in land off Polefield Hall Road, Prestwich.
Three people have formally objected.
Finally, Multi Tile Limited has applied for permission to change the use of the former Grimshaw's Garage - now Pentagon - in Bury New Road, Prestwich.
One person has formally objected.
The meeting is public and the applications and a representative of the objectors can speak to the committee for a maximum of three minutes before a decision is made.
